Serge E Tikhomirov, CEO
Serge Tikhomirov has been CEO of Belti since it foundation. Almost 20 years of IT experience, more than 10 years of management experience and excellent IT background provides the possibility to create and manage the team capable to develop solutions that meet highest standards. Mr. Tikhomirov has graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology where he studied mathematics and cybernetics. After graduation he worked for different research institutions continuing his researches in the field of Database management systems in Computer Center of Academy of Science (as a post-graduated student and than as research fellow).
After the opening of Russian market Mr. Tikhomirov works as a project manager and system analyst Swiss and Czech companies dealing with different kind of banking software, deployed a trade system in one of the biggest Moscow department stores and was employed as a head of the Internet Project department in one of the biggest Russian system integrators. In 1997 Mr. Tikhomirov concentrated on creating of the software company focused on data processing and Internet technologies.
